Renovating all three floors of the 1888 Vaughn Building is going to be a year long project, as least. During the renovation, VPL services will have a temporary home on the corner of Beaser Ave & 6th Street, formerly CESA 12. There will be all of the books, magazines, movies and audiobooks to borrow. Two small meeting rooms to reserve, computers and printers. Even a version of the Book Nook will be open at our temporary site. The librarians hope to provide services just like we currently do, including summer reading, story time, tech help, family night and some new programming in Beaser Park. Here’s a few things to know
- Closed for moving Jan 13 – 25
- No returns, checkouts, hold pick ups, printing, faxing, computer use, meeting space while the VPL is closed for moving
- Open for service January 27 @ Beaser Ave
- Begin scheduling meeting space Feb 1st
